What events does Seeka track?
Seeka tracks your full funnel, not just conversions.

We track all the standard e-commerce events out of the box:

View content
Add to cart
Checkout
Purchase
Lead generation
We track page view by default - and beyond that you can track anything you need. You set those up yourself using the Express Setup Tool.
How events reach each platform
Events are mapped automatically to the correct event name for every platform you've connected, so a Purchase in Seeka becomes a Purchase in Meta, a Purchase in TikTok, a conversion in Google Ads, and so on. The full mapping is below.

The table below outlines the mapping between Seeka's standard event names and each platform setup within your Seeka account as a destination.
If the event you wish to track is missing from the below list, you can still track the event using the standard name via Sidekick or our API. Seeka will determine if the event is a custom or standard event for the destination platform and track accordingly.
If the event is not a standard event for the platform and the platform does not support custom events, the event will not be sent to the platform.
