Uninstalling Seeka from WordPress
Follow these steps to completely remove Seeka from your WordPress site.
Before You Begin
Ensure you have administrator access to your WordPress site
Back up your site before making any changes
Note down any settings you might need if you plan to reinstall later
Removing the Plugin
Log in to your WordPress dashboard
Navigate to Plugins > Installed Plugins
Locate the "Seeka" plugin in your plugins list
Click Deactivate
Once deactivated, click Delete
Confirm the deletion when prompted
Cleanup Steps
Clear WordPress Cache
If using WP Rocket:
Navigate to WP Rocket settings
Remove the Seeka exclusion from 'Excluded JavaScript files'
Clear any other caching plugins you may have installed.
Remove Seeka Settings
Navigate to Settings in the left menu
Click on Seeka
Your Seeka public key, Organisation ID, and Instance ID will be automatically removed when deleting the plugin
Verification
To verify Seeka has been completely removed:
View your site's source code
Confirm no Seeka scripts are present
Check that no Seeka events are firing using browser developer tools
Additional Notes
If you were using Solid Security Pro with modified settings for Seeka, you can now re-enable "Disable PHP in Plugins" if desired
Any data previously collected by Seeka will still be available in your Seeka dashboard
Your Seeka account will remain active until cancelled through the Seeka app
Uninstalling Seeka from WooCommerce
This guide walks you through removing Seeka from your WooCommerce store.
Before You Begin
Ensure you have administrator access to your WordPress site
Back up your store data before proceeding
Note that removing Seeka will stop all automatic event tracking
Removing the Plugin
Log in to your WordPress dashboard
Navigate to Plugins > Installed Plugins
Locate the "Seeka WooCommerce" plugin
Click Deactivate
Once deactivated, click Delete
Confirm the deletion when prompted
Cleaning Up WooCommerce Integration
Go to WooCommerce > Settings
Click the Advanced tab
Select Integration
Locate any Seeka-related integrations
Remove or disable these integrations
Cache Cleanup
Clear WooCommerce cache:
Navigate to WooCommerce > Status
Select the Tools tab
Click Clear WooCommerce cache
Clear any other caching plugins you may have installed
Verification
Verify that these events are no longer being tracked:
View page
Add to cart
Remove from cart
View product
Keyword search
Order
Add payment method
Initiate checkout
Apply promotional code
To check:
Use browser developer tools
Monitor network requests
Verify no Seeka events are being sent

If you modified any settings for Seeka compatibility:
Solid Security Pro Settings
You can now re-enable "Disable PHP in Plugins" if desired:
Go to Security > Settings
Navigate to Advanced
Re-check "Disable PHP in Plugins"
Save changes
Uninstalling Seeka from GoHighLevel
This guide explains how to completely remove Seeka from your GoHighLevel sites and funnels.
Important Note
🚨 Since Seeka is installed individually on each funnel, you'll need to remove it from each funnel where it was installed.
Removing Seeka from Funnels/Sites
Log into your GoHighLevel account
Navigate to the Funnels or Sites tab in the left navigation menu
Select the funnel/site you want to remove Seeka from
Click on the Settings tab
Locate the 'Head tracking code' field
Remove the entire Seeka tracking script (starts with <script src="https://sdk.seeka.services/...")
Click 'Save'
Repeat for each funnel where Seeka was installed
Cleaning Up Form Integrations
If you added Seeka Identity tracking to your forms:
Access your form builder
Remove any hidden form fields with the ID/name "seeka_id"
Update your forms
Verification Steps
Verify Seeka is no longer tracking these automatic events:

Payment method additions

Uninstalling Seeka from Shopify
This guide walks you through completely removing Seeka from your Shopify store.
Before You Begin
Ensure you have Administrator access to your Shopify store
Back up any important data
Note that removing Seeka will stop all automatic event tracking
Step 1: Remove Custom Pixel
Log in to your Shopify store as an Admin
Click Settings (⚙️) in the bottom left
Navigate to customer events in the vertical menu
Find 'Seeka' in your custom pixels list
Click to remove the Seeka custom pixel
Confirm deletion when prompted
Step 2: Remove Express Setup Tool
Go to Online Store under Sales channels
Find your Current theme
Click the three dots (•••) next to Customise
Select Edit code
Locate theme.liquid in the right menu
Find and remove the Seeka script tag (between <head> and </head>)
Click Save
Step 3: Remove Server-Side Webhooks
Search for "Webhooks" in your Shopify admin
Remove the following Seeka webhooks:
Order creation
Checkout creation
Checkout update
Step 4: Re-Enable Data Sharing (If Needed)
If you previously disabled data sharing for other platforms, you may want to re-enable them:
Meta/Facebook:
Go to Sales channels > Facebook and Instagram
Select Settings
In the 'share data' section, click change
Turn Share data back to 'ON' if needed
Snapchat:
Go to Sales channels > Snapchat Ads
Navigate to Data Sharing
Reconnect if needed
TikTok:
Go to Sales channels > TikTok
Select Settings > Data Sharing
Reconnect if desired
