Log into your Seeka account
Go to Settings β Billing
Select Cancel Subscription
Follow the prompts to confirm
Can't see the cancel option?
If the billing portal isn't loading or the cancel option isn't visible, send us a message with your account email and we'll process the cancellation for you directly.
What happens after you cancel?
Your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing period. You won't be charged again after that.
Your data and settings are retained for 14 days after cancellation in case you want to reactivate
You won't receive a refund for the current billing period, but you also won't be charged for the next one
Thinking about downgrading instead?
