Managing Your Payment Methods

This guide explains how to manage your payment methods in Seeka, including adding, updating, and removing payment information.

Supported Payment Methods

Seeka accepts the following payment methods:

  • Credit/debit cards - Visa, Mastercard, American Express

Adding a New Payment Method

To add a new payment method:

  1. Log in to your Seeka dashboard

  2. Go to Settings > Payments

  3. Click "Add Payment Method"

  4. Enter your payment details

  5. Click "Save"

Setting a Default Payment Method

If you have multiple payment methods, you can set your preferred default:

  1. Go to Settings > Payments

  2. Find the payment method you want to make default

  3. Click the 3 dots to the right of the payment method and select "Make primary"

Removing Payment Methods

To remove a payment method:

  1. Ensure you have another active payment method if you have an active subscription

  2. Navigate to Settings > Payments

  3. Find the payment method you want to remove

  4. Click the 3 dots to the right of the payment method and select "Delete"
