By default, HubSpot encourages users to embed forms using an iframe, as this option is shown first during setup.
This means Seeka is unable to track those activities because Seeka is not installed within the HubSpot iframe environment.
To ensure full tracking, HubSpot provides an alternative embed option that is fully compatible with Seeka. This guide shows you how to access and use that embed code.
In the left-hand menu, navigate to 'Forms'
Note: (If you don’t see Forms, your HubSpot permissions may need to be upgraded.)
2: Locate the form you want to embed and click Edit.
3: In the top-right corner, click Review and update, then select Update in the popup.
4: Choose Developer code (advanced) as the embed option.

This will allow you to configure the form using Seeka’s Express Setup tool and enable full activity tracking.
